Guide for Payments using State Bank Collect



  1. Please note the unique application code against the post for which you wish to make the payment.
  2. PAYMENTS NEED NOT BE MADE IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU HAVE APPLIED ONLINE.
    You may make the payment later, but before the last date as indicated.
    In most cases, payments will be accepted upto an additional of 3 days from the last date of accepting applications.
    E.g If the last date for accepting applications is the 31-July-2016, then payments can be made up to the 03rd August 2016.
  3. Open the website https://www.onlinesbi.com and Click on State Bank Collect


  4. Click the Check box in the Disclaimer Page and click Proceed.


  5. Select Meghalaya as the State or Corporate/Institution and Select Govt. Department in the Type of Corporation/Institution and Click Go.


  6. Select the Office accordingly in the Government Department Name and click Submit.


  7. Select your Category [SC/ST or General]


  8. Enter the Application Code [generated from the website of the Meghalaya Public Service Commission], First Name, Surname, Date of Birth and the Fee amount.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MEGHALAYA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT APPLICATION CODE PROVIDED DURING THE PAYMENT PROCESS.


  9. Verify the details entered and Click Confirm.


  10. Choose the Payment option. ALSO PLEASE NOTE THAT AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT IN THE FORM BANK CHARGES WILL BE APPLICABLE DEPENDING UPON THE MODE OF PAYMENT SELECT. This is in addition to the actual Application Fee as indicated in the Advertisement.


  11. Print/Save the Acknowledgment receipt.
